Meet the Team

Meet Jane and Paul

Jane and Paul have been married for 20 years and share a love for both family and foot care. They have two children—Grace, 24, who works in women’s football media and marketing, and Harry, 18, an aspiring gymnast studying to become a physiotherapist. Their family also includes two beloved cocker spaniels, Holly and Lola.

Jane Deacon MRCPod

Jane qualified as a chiropodist/podiatrist in 2000 and achieved HCPC status in 2004. With extensive experience providing foot care in patients’ homes and care settings, she was previously the co-owner of Wickersley Foot Clinic in Rotherham.

Paul Deacon DipCFHP MPSPract.

Paul qualified as a foot health practitioner in 2014 and has been delivering foot care services in homes, care facilities, and at The Foot Centre one day a week.

Jamie Brown

Jamie qualified as a level 4 foot health practitioner in 2023. Her previous experience includes working within care in the NHS. Jamie is a very busy wife and mum to 3 boys. 

 Hayley Panks

Hayley qualified as a level 4 foot health practitioner in 2024. Hayley is local and lives in the village with her husband and 11 year old boy. 

 Julie Burton (practice manager)

Julie has been with us for 3 years and is  invaluable to all our clinics.

She has a vast experience of working within healthcare settings and can deal with all your enquiries.  

Julie has a husband and two grown up children and is off in her motor home most weekends.

Jane and the team stay up to date with the latest advancements by attending regular conferences and CPD events. They are fully insured, DBS-certified, and trained in first aid. Their experience also extends to working with patients with mental illnesses, including dementia, having completed dementia awareness training.
